i would so love for new posts, other than comments

i am certain there are many of his friends with amusing,
funny, and heartfelt stories to share,
not to mention pix and videos!

Mrs. Amato,
Kyle Kebert here...
I'm not really sure how to start off this little story or comment, but I constantly find myself reminiscing about the fun times and the memories that were created when spending time with Jimmy.
I'll just share a recent moment that made me think of Jim and put a smile on my face.
-Last night, as I was driving back from doing some Freelance work in Charlotte, NC (it's roughly a 2 1/2 hours drive back to where my wife and I live in Fayetteville, NC)
And I was flipping through the radio stations, 'Say It Ain't So' by Weezer came on. ANY time that song or ANY weezer song comes on, I immediately think of Jimmy and him introducing me to their music. One of the first times being when we were all piling in the white minivan on a snowy morning to head up to Peek n' Peak for a snowboarding trip. It was Jimmy, Tim Newhook and Eric McClimans and myself, but if I recall.. Eric wasn't feeling so great so we stopped at his house on North Main Street to drop him off. As we opened the back hatch to the van, Eric's new bottle of Sobe Green Tea fell out and smashed onto the driveway. After helping Eric out with his getting his stuff into the house, Jimmy gave Eric his bottle of Sobe and wished that he could come snowboarding with us and that he felt better soon.
Jim, Tim and I then headed up the back way to Erie and then onto Clymer, NY for a day of fun on the slopes. During the drive, Jimmy's choice of music was Weezer's Blue Album, thus introducing me to their music and forever linking me to Jimmy and this glorious day of fun that we had.
There are plenty of other moments that came to mind when I find myself thinking back to times like this, I'll be sure to share more when I get some time.
But I just wanted to write and let you know that I was thinking of you and Jimmy!
And I will ALWAYS associate pesto pasta with you! The best I've ever had and ever will have...
Hope all is well and you have a wonderful holiday season!
Take care,
-Kyle Kebert
