Perfect Stranger...(StoryPeople)

Each day, I get another "Story People" in my e-mail and I have posted a few of them in the past. The one from yesterday is so very true for me. I sometimes see a random stranger in passing and to me, he will bear a striking resemblance to my Jim...Of course I see Jimmy in his brothers each and every day and I love that! But, to be caught off guard and "sort of" see him while in a mall or passing in a car makes my heart smile.

I once saw a little two year old "Jim twin" in his daddy's arms in Max & Erma's!
Again, I saw a young man who was a NYC firefighter donating children's winter coats on a morning TV program. A week ago I was at a red light and saw a young man in the car next to mine...to me, he certainly resembled Jim. These little "winks" from God are always unexpected and just remind me again how special it is to get
a tiny glimpse of someone
who looks like my Jim...

It is easy for others not to see any likeness...
They are not his Mom.


Perfect Stranger

I held him close for only a short time,
but after he was gone,

on the face of a perfect stranger

No special reason to post today. I've been thinking about you a lot these past two weeks and just wanted to say "Love you...love you...love you (and your little dog, too)"!!
